We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join our digital agency. This role is designed for someone who loves staying organized, talking to people, and keeping projects moving, but needs the flexibility of a 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM schedule.
You don’t need to be a technical expert—we’ll teach you the \"geeky\" stuff. What we need is someone who can pick up the phone, build rapport with our clients, and ensure their SEO, Digital Ads, and Website projects are ticking along perfectly.
Your Responsibilities
* Primary Point of Contact: Be the friendly voice our clients hear when they have a question or an update.
* Project Support: Coordination of website tasks—checking in with the team to ensure deadlines are met.
* Simple Reporting: Using tools like GA4 and SEMrush (we’ll train you!) to pull basic stats and send clear, helpful updates to clients.
* Social Media Admin: Assisting with basic organic social media scheduling and ad oversight.
* Workflow Management: Keeping our internal project boards up to date so nothing falls through the cracks.
