Exciting Opportunity for a passionate Brand Manager to Lead & develop the brand strategy for an amazing, purpose driven organization. Parramatta Office | High performing & Caring Culture | $110,000 - $130,000 Base + Super
Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of a full-scale rebrand, including visual identity, messaging, brand architecture, and guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align brand strategy with business objectives and customer insights.
* Manage agency relationships (creative, design, copywriters) to ensure consistent and high-quality outputs with correct tone of voice.
* Oversee brand rollout strategy across all channels, including web, social, print, advertising, and customer communications.
* Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; track progress and report to senior leadership.
* Monitor and measure brand impact post-launch to inform future initiatives.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally with experience of leading rebrand or brand development projects
* Experience in a fast-paced B2C environment
* Proven project management skills, with a knack for juggling multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of customer behavior and branding best practices.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Available to commit full-time over the duration of the contract.
