Mercedes-Benz Autobody are seeking an experienced Spray painter to join our cutting-edge facility in Salsibury.
As a
Spray Painter at Mercedes-Benz Autobody,
you will be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to OEM specifications with a focus on premium automotive finishes. You'll work on a range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles ensuring precision, durability, and a flawless finish every time.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply automotive paint and finishes to vehicle surfaces with precision and attention to detail
* Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate and consistent results, following manufacturer specifications
* Collaborate with the repair team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of painting tasks
* Conduct thorough inspections of painted surfaces, identifying and addressing any imperfections
* Stay abreast of industry advancements in paint technologies and techniques
About You
* Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing quality paint finishes
* Proficient in color matching and mixing, with a keen eye for detail in achieving desired paint results
* Effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with colleagues and other departments
* Adaptable and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on evolving automotive painting technologies
* Problem-solving mindset, demonstrating resourcefulness to overcome challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes
