YOUR NEW ROLE
As a KEY valued member of this cutting-edge nimble ‘smart’ law firm, reporting to / being mentored by the managing principal (a proven entrepreneur+impressive ex top-tier senior lawyer), you will relish the diversity engaging in interesting work acting for a broad client base Australia-wide.
Specifically, you will love taking ownership of your own practice / clients advising on :
- Intellectual property law (predominantly trade marks);
- commercial transactions including commercial contracts, corporate / business law, privacy law, employment law, defamation, non-TM intellectual property (eg copyright, designs, patents).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you :
- Are an admitted solicitor in Australia;
- have a minimum of 2 years (or more) experience in commercial law (essential) and intellectual property law (preferable not essential);
- have high attention to detail+ strong drafting / communication / people skills+ commercial acumen;
- have an entrepreneurial spirit willing to participate in business development / marketing;
