Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our site.


Responsibilities:

* Reconciling timesheets and managing payroll
* Coordinating travel arrangements and fatigue management
* Supporting training and onboarding initiatives
* Providing administrative assistance to site managers


Requirements:

* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
