Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Safety and Quality by ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining high-level quality and contamination control.
* Conduct Regular Inspections and Audits within the business centre to guarantee operational excellence.
* Maintain a World-Class Facility through general yard cleaning, maintenance, gutter cleaning, office painting, handyman work, and wash bay duties.
* Collaborate with Site Contractors to ensure safe working practices are maintained.
* Deliver Excellence in all tasks assigned, focusing on quality and minimizing faulty workmanship.
* Support Workshop Operations by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring contamination control compliance in the workshop and parts departments.
