THE ROLE
REX Estate Agents is seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Property Manager to join our growing team in Hallam.

You will work closely alongside experienced Property Managers, gaining hands‐on exposure across all aspects of property management.
Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we provide structured training, clear processes, and ongoing mentorship to help you develop into a confident, high‐performing Property Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the day‐to‐day management of a residential property portfolio
- Coordinating and attending inspections (open homes, routine inspections, ingoing & outgoing reports)
- Processing rental applications and preparing lease documentation
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors in a qualified manner
- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up works
- Assisting with leasing, marketing, and property advertising
- General administration and database management
ABOUT YOU
- A genuine interest in building a long‐term career in property management and real estate
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of organisation and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
- A proactive, reliable attitude with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow
- Professional presentation with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Basic computer skills and confidence using systems and technology

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability to work full‐time hours
