**About the role**:
**As a **Device Support Technician **, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of stock, particularly pre-owned devices, supporting our retail-based business primarily from our head office. Your responsibilities will encompass various stages of the device management lifecycle, from stock counting to packing for both retail and online distribution.**

**Key Responsibilities / Accountability**:
- **Counting Stock from Suppliers: Ensure the accurate tracking of stock received from suppliers and maintain meticulous records to support inventory accuracy.**:
- **Inspection of Incoming Pre-owned Devices: Conduct thorough inspections of pre-owned devices received from suppliers and identify and document any issues related to both cosmetic and functional aspects.**:
- **Grading Pre-owned Devices: Provide detailed grading for pre-owned devices, considering cosmetic and functional conditions and ensure consistency in grading standards to meet quality expectations.**:
- **Addressing Functional Issues: Undertake necessary repairs to resolve functional issues identified during inspections and collaborate with relevant teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges.**:
- **Device Tidying: Ensure devices are appropriately tidied up, adhering to the company's standards and collaborate with other teams to maintain a clean and organized work environment.**:
- **Preparing Devices for Packing: Organise and prepare devices for packaging, considering the destination (retail or online distribution) and collaborate with packaging teams to ensure compliance with packaging standards.**:
- **Packing for Retail and Online: Execute the packing process for devices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency and collaborate with logistics teams to meet timelines for both retail and online channels.**
