Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
* Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor pricing.
* Develop cost plans and pricing strategies.
* Assist with tender reviews and post tender negotiations.
* Support project teams through tender handover.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Minimum three years senior estimating experience in civil construction.
* Strong knowledge of the Perth and WA construction market.
* Proven ability to price work competitively and accurately.
* High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills.
* Experience with Expert Estimation and Microsoft Office.
* Trade or tertiary qualification is advantageous.
