Who will you be working with?

Reporting to the Global Program Director, Digital Mine, the Product Integration & Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-region programs while embedding new products and technologies into Wabtec Digital Mine’s global framework. This position combines strategic integration with strong delivery execution, driving governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to achieve high-quality outcomes. Working closely with engineering, product management, and regional teams, the role ensures alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.


The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Global Program Delivery Manager while reporting directly to the Global Program Director for strategic oversight. This operational collaboration ensures a smooth transition into business-as-usual execution.

Eagle Farm, QLD OR Perth, WA.


What will your typical day look like?

Integration and Delivery Leadership

* Combine the integration of new products with delivery execution across multiple regions.
* Ensure seamless transition of new technologies into business-as-usual operations.
* Develop and maintain regional delivery plans aligned with global objectives.

Governance and Alignment

* Maintain standards, processes, and KPIs for integration and delivery.
* Implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Wabtec quality benchmarks.
* Provide visibility and strategic alignment for leadership during integration phases.

Stakeholder Engagement

* Act as liaison for integration projects and delivery execution.
* Manage escalations and foster strong relationships across global teams and external partners.
* Facilitate communication between engineering, product management, and regional teams.

Continuous Improvement

* Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes and scalability for future product launches.
* Drive lessons-learned initiatives and embed best practices across global teams.
* Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risk.


What do we want to know about you?

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
* Proven experience in program or project management within a technology environment.
* Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across global teams.
* Experience in mining or industrial technology environments is an advantage.
* Flexible work hours to accommodate varying time zones
* Occasional travel to customer sites (including international regions)
* A current driver’s license is required
