Project Lead Position
The successful candidate will oversee a Project Management Office (PMO) team to ensure the effective management and reporting of tasks and activities related to Auxiliary Oiler Replenishment (AOR) vessels and support system.
* This role requires accountability for delivering the DSC contract relevant to Auxiliary Oiler Replenishment Asset Classes.
* A key responsibility is to establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Commonwealth, AOR ACE and RMC Network.
* The ideal candidate must deliver program planning, reporting, and customer reviews in line with the DSC contract requirements.
* Scope variations, re-prioritisation, and variances will need to be managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans to achieve strategic objectives.
* Lead cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and ensure timely completion.
* Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making.

* Proven experience in project management, preferably within the defence industry.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
