This leading University is seeking a Program Architect to join their Identity & Access Management (IAM) Enhancement Program. The objectives of the Program are to replace their existing Oracle Identity Manager solution with a mature and fit for purpose cloud-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution, Saviynt.
As the Architect on the Program your role will be to refine and drive the IAM vision, Strategy and Roadmap while ensuring alignment of product features and releases that deliver business value and support major Universitates initiatives, such as their ERP replacement Program.
Key activities
1. Access solution options and provide recommendations and architecture governance to the professional services, internal technical teams and system integrators engaged to implement Saviynt at the University
2. Produce solution outlines, Key decision documents and other architectural artefacts to support design and implementation activities.
3. Ensure alignment of product features and stories, review, give feedback, and prioritize user stories in line with IAM vision
4. Continuously improve & prune the backlog with the team, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized
5. Create an ambitious and clear product vision, evangelize, and communicate 'the story' effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the project team
6. Build a roadmap for B2B, B2E and B2C spaces, while managing stakeholders across the organization including the business, engineering, and support teams
7. Identify, evaluate and select appropriate Identity and Access Management product capabilities &, features (current and future) and access their suitability to solve challenges meet business outcomes
Skills and experience
8. Minimum 8 + years of experience working in an Architecture role focussing on the delivery of Identity governance solutions to meet wide-ranging business needs
9. In-depth knowledge of Identity Management capabilities: Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, Consumer Identity, and Multi-Factor AuthenticationWorkforce Identity Governance and Administration (Saviynt), User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Role-Based Access ControlPrivileged Access Management
10. Extensive experience in Identity Architecture leveraging modern cloud Identity Management platforms (Preferably Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD)
11. Experience managing one or multiple products end-to-end, defining and delivering strategy, roadmaps, and implementing an ongoing programme of continual improvements that respond to user stories, feedback and business needs
12. Proven track record working in both agile/sprint-based delivery approaches
13. Experience identifying and interpreting new industry trends, opportunities, the continually evolving digital user experience, and their impact to the IAM strategy and landscape
14. Highly developed interpersonal skills and influencing skills including the ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders and staff from different levels within the organisation
15. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write high quality presentations, Solution Options/Outlines, Key Decision documents, and present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
