Job Description:
In this role, you will interact externally with customers from the Australian Defence Industry, understanding their diverse requirements. Internally, you will collaborate with account executives, sales teams, delivery experts, engineers, and peers to develop and present solutions that deliver desired business outcomes and maximum value for customers.
Your creativity, active listening, and analytical skills will be essential in positioning and selling solutions that meet customer needs. You will also contribute to account strategy and planning, including running executive briefings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand and challenge their business requirements.
* Map VMware services to customer outcomes, thinking beyond products to tailor end-to-end solutions.
* Apply knowledge in areas like Private Cloud Transformation, Networking, and Application Modernization to build effective relationships with Defence customers.
* Present, communicate, and collaborate with account teams and customers through presentations, workshops, and proposals.
Qualifications:
* At least 7 years of experience in Pre-Sales roles and Architecture.
* Minimum NV2 security clearance, with PV preferred.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
