Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 + super (based on experience)

SAUMA is a Up-to-date restaurant and bar operating in the entertainment district of Perth. We urgently need a full-time chef to join our team and commence work immediately. Our kitchen served best of seasonal local produce inspired from the sub continent.
We are looking for someone who meets the following expectations:
- Preferably (not necessarily) an Australian citizen/permanent resident
- Has worked for at least 4 years as a full time chef in Australia
- Has a good speed with preps and ability to do busy pans section.
- Has good knowledge of local produce and a creative flair.
- Knowledge or appreciation for cuisine of the sub- continent.
- Familiar with Australian health and safety regulations applicable to the hospitality industry
- Has a high standard of food presentation and takes pride in his/her culinary skills
- Be able to communicate and negotiate with suppliers to place orders for food supplies
- Fanatical about a tidy and clean hygienic kitchen and ensures food safety requirements are maintained
- Possesses leadership attributes and experience in managing kitchen staff
