If this sounds like you, visit any of our Carindale Boutique on Tuesday 14th October from 10am - 4pm and our team will be able to have a 15-minute one-on-one coffee connect with you, where you will learn more about the role and have an opportunity to share your experience and suitability for the role.

Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service and a love for coffee that rivals your excitement for the holiday season? This year, we’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Carindale Boutique as Festive Christmas Casual Sales Assistants.
As part of our boutique team, you will help customers discover the joy of Nespresso during the busiest and most exciting time of the year.
To be considered for a Festive Casual role, you will need to be available to work from October 2025 to mid-January 2026, including public holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver memorable customer service that shines our Nespresso brand and values
- Share your coffee knowledge and passion with customers and Nespresso Club Members
- Achieve personal and team goals by promoting our premium products and services
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit memorable
Requirements:
- Must be available from October 2025 to mid-January 2026, including public holidays
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with a customer-first mindset
- Passionate about coffee and love connecting with people
- Bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented team spirit
