This is a short-term opportunity to support the refinement of a digital maturity model.
The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is creating a maturity model to assess agencies' digital capabilities. The base model has been defined, and we are seeking a contractor to help refine it.
The successful candidate will support a multi-disciplinary team in developing a self-assessment tool to measure digital maturity. This involves developing a scoring framework that accounts for variation in agency size and function, as well as designing a methodology for analysing survey data at individual, cohort, and longitudinal levels.
Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have:
* Technical expertise in survey design and statistical analysis
* High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Please note that Australian citizenship is required, and the successful candidate must be able to obtain Baseline security clearance.
