About the Role
This leadership position is responsible for driving operational excellence across service, parts, warranty and reconditioning at our dealership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workshop management, team development, manufacturer warranty processes and compliance, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive workshop efficiency, throughput and service profitability
* Manage used car reconditioning process and RWC compliance end-to-end
* Oversee warranty processes, ensuring manufacturer compliance and timely submissions
* Control parts inventory and ensure timely supply to workshop and retail
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader who can work closely with sales and GM teams to improve processes and turnaround times. They must also ensure compliance with all regulatory, manufacturer and workplace safety standards.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience across service, parts and workshop management
* Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
* Deep knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes and compliance
* Experience managing reconditioning for used vehicles and roadworthy licence operations
* Commercial acumen and focus on process, profitability, and customer retention
* Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
A current valid driver's license is essential, while RWC Certification or understanding of roadworthy licensing is highly desirable.
