Job description Austcorp Executive are partnering with a company that specialises in the service, repair and distribution of heavy transport equipment for the haulage and mining industries in Western Australia to help them recruit a Workshop Manager for their Perth workshop. This role will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and technicians, liaising with clients and providing quotations. As the Workshop Manager your duties will be but not limited to: Oversee the Service and Repair department working on heavy trailer equipment designating work to two Workshop Supervisors Ensure that all checklists and service job reports are submitted in a timely manner Produce quotations of work to customers and schedule works Liaise with customers Manage and update companies electronic maintenance system Ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and management of sound employee relations and safety practices A bit about you: Relevant Trade Qualification (Preferred) Proven experience in Service / Workshop Leadership role working with Heavy Transport Equipment (Trailers, Trucks, Mobile Equipment) Strong leadership capabilities with ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple locations Results-driven mindset with focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement What's in it for you?
