We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development and Marketing Officer to be part of our team at ECA Online in our Parramatta campus. The package offers an on‑target earnings (OTE) potential of $85,000+ with uncapped commissions.
ECA Online is the digital arm of Education Centre of Australia (ECA), providing a wide range of online education options, including short courses, micro‑credentials, qualifications, and higher education programmes.

Key Responsibilities
* Direct Application Enrolments: Contact direct applicants to assist with admissions and guide them through the enrolment process.
* Student Retention: Call existing students between term start and census dates to provide support and encourage continued study.
* Study Planning: Reach out to students to develop study plans and motivate them to progress toward completing their master's degree.
* Prospect Contact: Conduct regular prospect calls to schedule presales appointments and qualify leads.
* Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), monitoring engagement and responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
* Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads, such as webinars, course guides, and other promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
* A proven track record in sales, business development, customer success, or customer service.
* Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Hands‑on experience using Canva for content creation and design.
* Experience with Salesforce or Zoho CRM (preferred).
