What we offer:
· You will be working a 4-day week, 9-hour shifts, with paid lunch breaks and operate under the double consulting model. This means you get 2 highly skilled nurses working with you each day, ensuring efficiency, support and excellent patient care, allowing you to focus on each patient.
· New and state of the art equipment, as well as the construction of a new clinic (expected to be completed in September 2026)
· You will be supported by a team of experienced veterinarians, with access to surgical and medicine mentorship
· We encourage and promote professional development and offer a $5,000 allowance and 1 week study leave every year for continued learning
· No after hours or on call work, with very limited weekend shifts, to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance
· This practice offers 30-minute consultations to ensure we can establish solid rapport with clients and provide excellent care
· You will be working with a team where relationships matter, a team that continually strives for open, effective, and honest communication. Including many laughs and banter to keep you smiling.
· Monthly team meetings and effective digital communication systems keep everyone informed and up to date, encouraging participation and feedback

If you have:
· years minimum experience as a small animal general practitioner with high level diagnostic, surgical skills, and treatment planning
· A strong focus on building the client connection with their pets
· Ability to balance treatment options with welfare considerations and the client's circumstances
· A confident communicator, who can clearly and sensitively explain procedures, risks, and treatment options
· A strong sense of team; you're flexible and collaborative, focused on support and sharing ideas
· Values a positive culture of kindness and respect
· A willingness to learn, grow and continue to develop your skills
