We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage a defined retail territory and drive sales performance through strategic in-store execution. Your primary focus will be on maximising product availability, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering meaningful customer relationships with key store managers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Maximise distribution, visibility, and shelf positioning of our portfolio in-store
* Implement new product launches and promotional activities according to plan
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with key store managers and stakeholders
* Conduct regular territory planning and store call cycles using Salesforce
* Identify and capitalise on sales growth opportunities using data and insights
* Ensure compliance with national planograms and merchandising standards
* Monitor competitor activity and share valuable insights with internal teams
* Accurately capture all store visit information and sales data
