Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Administrative Assistant at Maxi Funding, located in Bacchus Marsh, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Administrative Assistant will handle clerical tasks, support organizational operations, and manage day-to-day office activities. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, answering phone inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting executives with administrative duties to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective verbal and written Communication skills
Experience with Clerical tasks and organizational support
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent time management skills
Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, scheduling tools)
High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Prior administrative experience and familiarity with loan or financial services is a plus
