Your Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you'll be mentored by highly influential market leaders, and increase your capacity in the Commercial Construction Sector across the region.
The role requires you to:
Manage multiple projects within budget, preventing delays from incorrect materials or information.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all projects.
Review site reports, construction reports, BOI, and project designs to ensure correct materials, compliant methods, and clear instructions for all site personnel.
Produce drawings, sketches, and documentation to support job sites, labourers, installation teams and planning.
Support installers and Project Coordinators with technical guidance, defect resolution, and training.
Review site works and final inspection reports to verify compliance and quality.
Attend client site meetings to address technical queries and project details.
Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, procedures, and safety practices.
Other Details
Based on-site in Mount Gambier, the role is full time, Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm.
Remuneration guide starts at $130K + Super + Incentive Scheme and offers room for personal and professional development.
About You
You have a proven track record as a Project Manager and the delivery of industrial or commercial projects from concept to completion.
Relevant Trade Qualification desirable.
A pragmatic, resourceful problem-solver with excellent spatial awareness.
An effective communicator with strong organisational skills; able to build and maintain positive relationships.
Passion for safe work practices with experience in construction or engineering.
Skilled in reading, interpreting, and producing technical drawings; proficient in office IT applications.
Collaborative and courteous in dealing with stakeholders; experienced in supporting leadership to achieve KPIs.
