About the Role
The Administrative Team Leader plays a pivotal role in shaping operational excellence within our organization. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching and supporting an administrative team across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), mapping current workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), championing the adoption of digital tools, partnering with stakeholders to streamline SAP order processes, overseeing quality control and workload allocation, and monitoring process performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support an administrative team across ANZ
* Map current workflows and identify opportunities for enhancement
* Develop, write and roll out SOPs to drive efficiency and consistency
* Champion the adoption of digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow technologies to improve productivity
* Partner with stakeholders to optimize SAP order processes and reduce complexities
* Oversee quality control, workload allocation and performance to ensure exceptional outcomes
* Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption
* Monitor process performance and provide regular reporting and insights to inform strategic decisions
