Your key responsibilities
- Precisely cutting and preparing meat for retail display.
- Setting up and packing down the display to the highest standards.
- Delivering friendly and professional service to every customer.
- Contributing to a strong and collaborative team culture.
- Managing stock control, product margins, and labour efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with PrimeSafe, HACCP, WH&S;, and QA standards.
