The Company

We are now seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join the team and build out the HR department. This is a unique opportunity to shape the HR function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to our continued success.
The Role
Reporting directly into the Owner & CEO, you will lead the HR function for one of the fastest growing brands in Australia.
Duties will include:
* Drive and implement HR policies and a people strategy that supports business growth, cultural alignment and long-term workforce planning
* Build and standardise onboarding processes and HR policies across Australia, the US and the UK, ensuring compliance with local laws and practices
* Lead and support international recruitment, managing hires in Australia, the US and UK and oversee the set-up of contracts, benefits and compliant employment processes
* Develop performance frameworks including goal setting, feedback and development planning, while implementing succession and career pathing strategies
* Lead engagement surveys and action plans, measuring and improving employee satisfaction and retention
* Manage ER/IR matters with professionalism, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, fostering open communication, and providing guidance and support to managers.
* Ensure adherence to local employment laws and HR best practices by creating and maintaining all HR policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS systems for streamlined processes and reporting.
The Candidate
* Minimum 7 years of experience in HR roles
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field preferred
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and compliance requirements
* Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
