Pastry Chef Role
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of desserts and sweet goods for meals and functions at remote villages during your swing.
This role offers a competitive salary package including super paid on all rostered hours, fortnightly pay with equalized hours, and 5 weeks of annual leave per annum.
* You must have a Certificate III in Patisserie and a trade certificate or equivalent qualification.
* At least 2+ years post-trade commercial cooking experience in a pastry role is required.
* You must have a love for desserts, baking, and pastry with a strong ability to be creative.
* Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups with standards focused on quality is essential.
* Knowledge of HACCP principles is also necessary.
