Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative professional to join our team in a key operational role.
This 12-month parental leave contract offers the opportunity to work on a variety of administrative duties, including sales order processing, shipment documentation, and Service Purchase Order completion.
* Manage core administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely updates and processing of sales orders and shipment documents.
* Process and reconcile CHEP and LOSCAM pallet transactions using 2IC software, identifying and escalating discrepancies to the Pallet Controller.
* Review and debrief linehaul-related paperwork, ensuring accurate upload into SAP and securing pre-approval for contractor SPOs.
* Provide day-to-day support to the Rail Operations Team, coordinating and documenting as required.
* Monitor and track linehaul movements, identifying and reporting delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately manage core administrative duties, including sales order processing and shipment documentation.

Requirements
* Valid Driver's Licence.
* Proven experience in data entry administration roles.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Desirable Skills
* Certificate IV - Business Administration or Transport & Logistics.
* Transport industry working knowledge.
* Previous experience and knowledge of warehouse and rail transport industries.
* Experience using SAP.
* Experience in a freight scanning environment.
