About the Role
We're looking for a driven and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Assistant.

* Handle 5-20 inbound calls per day and undergo comprehensive product training to ensure proficiency in the role.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer service, inventory management, or a related field is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
