Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator who will support the Scheduling Team Leader(s) by coordinating day-to-day resource requirements, works scheduling and short to medium term resource planning for Gas Services activities. The role has flexible remote working options.
* Effective daily planning, scheduling, dispatching and finalisation of work
* Supporting senior decision making in prioritising projects and changes to the Gas Services portfolio
* Scheduling in-line with real-time analysis
* Developing strong relationships with leadership team and Delivery/Field Managers to ensure expectations are met
Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
* Team Leader experience with the ability to coach/train team members
* Ability to produce accurate reporting and analysis
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong initiative and driven to improve processes
* Excellent organisation skills
* SAP experience (desired)
