The Opportunity
This is a high-impact Corporate Development Analyst role focused squarely on the execution of M&A and investment transactions. Working closely with the senior team members, you will support end-to-end transaction execution, from origination and evaluation through to due diligence, financial modelling, Investment Committee papers and Board materials. The role offers hands‐on exposure to buy‐side M&A, development opportunities and strategic initiatives, with meaningful interaction across strategy, finance, treasury and external advisers.
Required Skills & Experience
You will bring 2‐4 years of prior transactional experience, strong financial modelling and commercial analysis capability, and a solid grounding in M&A processes and documentation. A tertiary qualification in finance, economics or a related discipline is required, with CA or similar credentials preferred. Experience in infrastructure, utilities or energy is favourable. Strong stakeholder management, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‐moving, deal‐driven environment are critical to success in this role.
