Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient and timely management of project documentation. This involves coordinating document control activities, maintaining project data integrity, and facilitating accurate documentation.
* This includes prioritizing deliverables, collaborating with the project team and external contractors, and ensuring timely, accurate, and integrity of project data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the focal point for all document control activities.
* Actively collaborate with the project team and external contractors to ensure timely, accuracy, and integrity of project data.
* Ensure contractor deliverables are tracked and correctly reported in contractors' document management reports.
* Coordinate document control workshare resources to ensure timely, accurate, and prioritized processing.
* Interface with other business departments to ensure timely and accurate handover of final documentation at project close-out.
* Facilitate and coordinate all new projects document control requirements and setup.
Requirements:
* Full working rights to live and work in Australia.
* Technical qualification or relevant experience.
* 5+ years of experience as a document controller on major oil/gas, power, or petrochemical projects.
* Familiarity with proprietary and custom computer software systems used for project management.
