Lead a Centre to Excellence
A dynamic and dedicated leader is required to take on the role of Centre Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to inspire a team of educators.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, financial, and operational requirements.
• Maintaining strong, open communication with the Board of Management, participating in monthly meetings and supporting key community events.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a director or leadership role within an early childhood education setting.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar management role, with a strong understanding of early childhood education, team management, and financial oversight.
• Relevant Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or Degree level) and meets ACECQA requirements.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
