As the Multi Site Operations Manager, you'll lead the operations across multiple medical centres and programs for our client, directly supporting their mission to deliver high quality, accessible healthcare. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll shape service delivery, streamline systems, and empower practice teams to thrive Ballarat based. Essentials:
* Oversee operations across multiple practices
* Manage budgets, compliance, and performance KPIs
* Lead and support practice managers and admin teams
* Drive patient experience, service quality, and workforce planning
* Collaborate on strategic growth and innovation
* 5+ years in healthcare operations or practice management
* Strong financial, compliance, and leadership skills
* Experience with Medicare, MBS, and accreditation
* A commercial mindset and ability to build strong teams
* Current driver's licence and flexibility to travel locally
