Are you a talented communicator who can write for a CEO one moment and a client newsletter the next?
Count Group is looking for a Content & Corporate Communications Manager to own our written voice across every channel and audience. From adviser newsletters and campaign copy to Board-level communications and PR, this is a role with real breadth, senior visibility and the opportunity to shape how one of Australia's leading financial services groups tells its story.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning the content strategy across owned, earned and paid channels — newsletters, articles, email, social and web
* Writing and editing high-quality copy across a range of formats and audiences
* Leading corporate communications including executive messaging, Board papers, investor communications and speeches
* Managing the PR agency relationship — media strategy, editorial calendar, journalist relationships and issues management
* Leading communications for significant milestones including brand launches, acquisitions and industry moments
* Owning Count Group's tone-of-voice guidelines and ensuring consistency across all teams and agencies
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years in content or communications roles with strong copywriting and editorial skills
* Experience in financial services, professional services or a regulated environment preferred
* Proven experience managing PR agencies and building media relationships
* Comfortable writing for senior executives and Board-level audiences
* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how content connects to business outcomes
* Discreet, trustworthy and able to handle sensitive corporate content with confidence
* We're a growing business at an exciting point in our evolution. This role sits at the heart of how we communicate — internally, externally and at the highest levels of the organisation. You'll have genuine ownership, senior exposure and the chance to build something that lasts.
* Professional Growth: At Count, we are committed to fostering your professional development. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and expand your skills and expertise.
* Great Benefits: Birthday leave, Corporate Volunteering Days and Fundraising matching, reimbursement for financial planning, and more!
* Through the Count Charitable Foundation, our network contributes over $1.2 million annually to support people and communities in need.
