Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and growing Strata team? Marsh is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join us as a Client Manager based in Sydney, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our NSW strata team and driving success with key client accounts.
As our Client Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and leader for our key Strata clients. You’ll champion their insurance needs while inspiring and guiding our NSW team to deliver exceptional service and achieve growth and retention goals.
We will count on you to:
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with key Strata accounts by delivering expert advice tailored to their insurance programs.
- Anticipate and meet client needs through proactive, hands-on account management and outstanding service delivery.
- Oversee service excellence across new business quoting, renewals, and claims management.
- Collaborate with account managers to identify and pursue exciting new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the NSW team, serving as the go-to expert for broking and claims issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of relevant insurance broking experience.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate.
- Strong technical expertise in Strata insurance is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels.
- A keen eye for spotting and developing new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams.
