What role will you play?

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to a high standard. You will manage risks and interdependencies, keep stakeholders informed, and encourage collaborative ways of working and timely decision-making. Through strong delivery leadership, you will help teams deliver value efficiently while remaining aligned to shared business goals.

What You Offer

Proven experience delivering complex finance transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of financial processes and change managementAn adaptable and outcomes-focused approach, with experience leading delivery across multiple teams and removing obstacles to progressStrong organisational skills, including tracking milestones and outcomes, and maintaining accurate delivery records using project tracking and documentation toolsThe ability to foster collaboration across different teams, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and supporting overall team performanceA proactive approach to delivery, with the ability to identify risks early, address issues effectively, and communicate updates clearly and confidently.
