Site Administrator Role & Project
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our upcoming new project in Mt Morgan, QLD. The ideal candidate will be based locally, within 40 minutes' drive from Rockhampton, QLD.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administration, reception, and support services to all site-based employees, visitors, and management to ensure smooth and efficient site office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist management with day-to-day administration tasks.
* Work closely with Managers to ensure hours and records are kept up to date.
* Raise purchase requisitions as required.
* Maintain client files as required (relating to specific site access and personnel details).
* Assisting in the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and machinery to site.
* Schedule all travel and accommodation for site personnel.
* Ensure site rosters and schedules are up to date.
* Ensure that all staff records, mobilisation, and site-specific documents are stored and updated on the system accurately.
* Coordinate supplies - delivery to and from sites.
* Other duties as directed by Project & Construction Managers.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months experience working in a site-based administrative role, within the resource sector.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Must hold Unlimited Australian Working Rights.
