We seek an individual who thinks beyond drafting-someone who enjoys problem-solving, refining designs, and supporting production throughout every process stage.
After completing training at our Kirrawee office, a flexible work-from-home option will be available.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and draft project-specific components using Solid Works.- Engineer solutions from scratch with support from internal experts.- Produce drawings for customer approval, supplier manufacturing, and internal assembly using laser cutting, folding, and engraving techniques.- Support continuous improvement in product quality and production efficiency.- Work within project budgets and identify potential cost reductions in manufacturing.- Design new products relevant to the lift industry and current market requirements.Qualifications and Skills Required:- 3+ years of experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks CAD software.- Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, internet use, and email.- Good understanding of sheet metal design.- Ability to manage a project from concept to production.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work effectively in an engineering team environment.Benefits:- Hybrid work flexibility after on-boarding.- Supportive, close-knit engineering team.- Opportunities for career growth in a niche, expanding industry.About the Company:Our client is an innovator of the elevator industry.
