Description We're looking for a proactive and detail orientated individual to join our team as a Quality Advisor. This entry-level role is perfect for recent university graduates or those early in their career. You'll support the Project Manager and team in delivering asphalt surfacing projects, with a focus on learning and applying Quality Management processes. You'll help ensure project work meets client specifications and assist in identifying any non-conformances. Based in Maddington, the role offers a mix of on-site experience and office based duties, giving you a well-rounded start in the industry. What you’ll bring Diploma level qualification (or above) in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Experience in delivery of surfacing or civil projects, including exposure to best practice quality management procedures ideal but not essential. Thoroughness and attention to detail in the application of correct procedures and practices. Able to implement controls to ensure the achievement of quality standards. Able to interpret documentation and ensure all Downer obligations are fulfilled. Ability to identify hazards and take corrective action to ensure that the organisation meets legislative requirements and provides a safe working environment for its employees.
