Launch has partnered up with a national telco provider to assist in their search for a Solutions Delivery Specialist to join their Melbourne team.

**About the Role**:
The Solution Delivery Specialist will enable the functional and strategic delivery of products ensuring best practice Billing Operations. The role will engage and partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive the adoption of the key principles for Billing; Timely, Accurate and Easy. They will be a key, 'go to' person for all Billing process enquiries and advice. The Solutions Delivery Specialist will be responsible for:
- Execution of the end-to-end system tasks and steps required to support billing process
- Providing management across system and billing process, change, improvement, and enhancements.
- Provide advanced technical knowledge and assistance on Billing systems and processes
- Developing reporting and provide insights to ensure completeness and accuracy of billing.
- Insuring reporting frameworks are implemented and consistently adhered to including communication to relevant stakeholders
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you should have experience within a similar role within the Telco space and have experience with the following:
- Previous Knowledge and experience of telecommunications wholesale billing, finance and fulfilment systems
- Experience in developing queries using data modelling and data mining capabilities
- Experience with Oracle products and data structures
- Hands on experience with: Alteryx, SQL, Unix and Report Writing Tools (Oracle BI Publisher, Tableau etc)
- Experience working in a role adhering to applied policies and procedures
