About The Role
Yeppoon Salvos Stores is at the heart of the local community, with a positive social impact and supporting sustainable shopping. We are seeking a friendly, values-driven Sales Assistant to support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and help create a welcoming in-store experience for our team, customers and community members.
This is a permanent full-time position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being hands-on, and making a difference in their local area.
You Will Assist With
Retail sales and operation of Point-of-Sale devices.Recieving, sorting and pricing donations in store.Helping create attractive visual merchandising and maintaining store presentationProvide exceptional Customer Service.Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures.Demonstrate TSA core values in all work-related activities.
About You
You enjoy connecting with people and being part of a close-knit team.Retail experience is welcome but not essential – we’re happy to train the right person.You take pride in delivering friendly, reliable customer service.You’re hands-on and happy to pitch in where needed.You align with values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity
