About the Role
As a Customer Service Truck Operator, you will have responsibility across all aspects of a warehousing workplace including deliveries via truck, trade store operations, warehousing, and general duties.
What You Will Need To Join Us
- Full/unrestricted Australian working rights
- Valid Police Check
- HR licence is essential
- Forklift licence would be highly regarded
- Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical
Desirable Experience
- Prior experience within the Distribution & Logistics Industry is highly desirable
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work from the Geebung site full time
Responsibilities
- Safely transporting goods to designated locations
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork
- Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
- Picking and packing of orders
- Deal with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Assist with stock takes / inventory counts
- Operate forklifts where required
- Assist in the trade store where required
