* A values-led, collaborative leadership style with a strong customer and community focus.

You will also have:

* A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or significant leadership experience in libraries or a comparable customer-focused service
* Substantial experience in people leadership, workforce development or general management.

Successful applicants are required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
