**Our Client**
Our client is a well established, leading construction business based in Sydney's South West. With a growing presence across Australia, they have 300+ employees and a growing revenue of $400Mill per annum. This role is come up due to a retirement and will suit an experienced Payroll Officer.
**The role**
Duties include:
- Process end-to-end Fortnightly and Monthly payroll for up to 400+ staff
- Maintaining employee data
- Processing on boarding & terminations
- Managing the administration, calculation, payment and reconciliation of all superannuation contributions & payroll tax
- Process time sheets (fortnightly/monthly pay runs)
- Adhere to Payroll statutory requirements
- Interpret of EBA and Contemporary Award
- Ad-hoc involvement with the system implementation
- Arrange new starters
**About you**
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal - must love to engage and work closely in a team environment
- Able to commute to Bankstown (parking provided)
