Success Group is an association management company who services the Australasian Fleet Management Association (AfMA). AfMA is a member based peak industry body representing fleet professionals across Australia and New Zealand. AfMA's members own, control or influence over 1 million vehicles across most industry verticals including non-government organisations of all shapes and sizes, local, state and federal governments and their agencies and the suppliers that service them, vehicle OEM's, fleet management organisations (FMO's) and many other suppliers.

We are seeking an Industry Partnerships & Account Manager to strengthen relationships with our corporate members and industry partners while supporting the delivery of AfMA's capability and education initiatives as we seek to help members improve their fleet safety, sustainability and operational performance.

This role sits at the centre of AfMA's industry network and provides the opportunity to work closely with fleet leaders from government, corporate and automotive organisations across Australia.

The Role

As the Industry Partnerships & Account Manager you will manage relationships with AfMA corporate members and industry partners while supporting the delivery of national learning programs and industry initiatives.

This is a highly relationship-focused role suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, building professional networks and maintaining strong ongoing connections with members and partners.

Corporate Member Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned AfMA corporate members
* Engage members to understand their needs, challenges and priorities
* Connect members with relevant AfMA resources, learning programs and industry initiatives
* Monitor engagement levels and identify opportunities to increase participation
* Maintain clear engagement records and provide insights on member needs and trends
Industry Partner Coordination
* Act as the operational contact for key AfMA industry partners supporting capability and learning initiatives
* Maintain strong working relationships to ensure smooth program delivery
* Coordinate partner participation across learning programs and industry initiatives
* Ensure partner commitments are delivered in line with agreed expectations
* Identify delivery risks early and escalate where required
Industry Programs and Learning Initiatives
* Support oversight of AfMA's Learning Management System
* Coordinate industry partner programs delivered through AfMA learning platforms
* Ensure consistent standards across learning offerings and partner-delivered content
* Support reporting and performance monitoring of learning programs
* Support coordination of AfMA's Diploma of Leadership & Management delivered in partnership with Swinburne University
* Manage participant engagement including communications and onboarding
* Coordinate scholarship applications and selection processes
* Maintain relationships with scholarship sponsors and provide reporting
Industry Working Groups
* Coordinate national industry working groups and stakeholder meetings
* Prepare agendas, record actions and maintain governance documentation
* Track progress of industry initiatives and support reporting to stakeholders
Work Location & Travel

This is a work‐from‐home role providing flexibility while remaining closely connected with the AfMA team and industry stakeholders.

The role will involve occasional domestic travel within Australia to support industry engagement and collaboration with members and partners. There may also be opportunities for annual international travel associated with AfMA industry programs and study tours.

What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills with confidence engaging senior industry stakeholders
* Comfortable speaking with members and partners over the phone and maintaining regular contact
* A natural networker who enjoys building professional relationships and connecting people across industry
* Experience in account management, partnerships, stakeholder engagement or membership organisations
* Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and ability to track engagement and follow‐up actions
* Strong skills with PowerPoint and other Office Products
* An ability to work autonomously and within a small team
* Experience supporting professional development or learning programs is desirable
* Interest in the automotive, transport, fleet or mobility sector would be highly regarded
