The Position
We're seeking an experienced HSEQ professional who will assist in developing and implementing Health Safety Environment programs in accordance with relevant policies and legislation.
* Assist with designing and leading safety training programs whilst promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
* Partner with operational teams to translate HSEQ requirements into practical, effective solutions.
* Support risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations focused on learning and improvement.
* Deliver engaging inductions, training, and coaching to build HSEQ capability across teams.
* Develop, implement, and review Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Plans.
* Monitor site conditions, identify hazards, and provide timely, hands-on HSEQ support.
* Collaborate with contractors and project teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
* Communicate clearly and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* Be our champion for best practice across all facets of the business.
About You
* Certification in IV in training and assessment.
* Cert IV in Health and Safety (minimum) – Essential.
* Demonstrated ability to lead HSEQ initiatives and drive operational quality on-site.
* Well-rounded experience across safety, environment, and quality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to travel.
* Adopts a growth mindset mentality.
* Ability to think quickly and outside the square.
