About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Clinic Administration Officer/Medical Screener to join our Newcastle team. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this role is ideal for some who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoys working with people. You'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring a high standard of patient care
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
* Front desk reception and general administration
* Booking and managing medical appointments
* Managing and processing patient results
* Assisting patients with health questionnaires
* Performing preliminary Health assessments
* Specimen collection (this includes the supervision of Drug and Alcohol Testing)
* Audiometry testing
* Spirometry testing
* Generating and processing invoicing
What we're looking for
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality service
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication
Previous experience in a medical or clinical environment is highly regarded (but not essential).
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
