About the Role
We're seeking a Level 3 IT Support Technician who thrives on autonomy and takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions. You'll be the go-to expert for escalated issues, complex projects, and infrastructure improvements for our clients.
What You'll Do
 * Lead troubleshooting and resolution for Level 3 escalations.
 * Design, implement, and maintain network, server, and cloud solutions.
 * Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 team members to build capability.
 * Manage projects end-to-end, including client communication and documentation.
 * Proactively monitor and improve client environments to reduce downtime and risk.

 * Proven experience in a Level 3 role, preferably in an MSP environment.
 * Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, and firewalls.
 * Experience with security tools and best practices.
 * A current driver's licence.
