Musos Corner is one of Australia's most respected music retailers, and we're looking for a commercially driven Store Manager to lead our flagship store into its next phase of growth.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of store performance, including revenue, margin, sell-through, and stock health. You'll lead a highly skilled sales team, influence buying decisions, and collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Own overall store performance including revenue, margin, sell-through and stock health
* Lead, coach and develop the store leadership and senior sales team
* Set and drive sales targets across retail, commercial and education customer segments
* Influence buying decisions through data-led insights on range, demand and inventory
* Partner with Marketing and Buying to deliver effective in-store execution of campaigns and product launches
* Oversee high-value sales, key customer relationships and commercial accounts
* Ensure operational alignment by guiding the Assistant Store Manager on priorities that support sales outcomes
* Maintain high standards across customer experience, safety, compliance and store culture

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on sales data
* Experience working closely with buying, marketing or category teams
* A confident leader who can coach, influence and inspire
